Masseter Botox refers to the use of Botulinum toxin injections specifically targeted at the masseter muscles, which are located on the sides of the jaw and are primarily responsible for chewing. This procedure is often sought for both medical and cosmetic purposes. Medically, it can help alleviate issues like bruxism (teeth grinding), temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and associated jaw pain by relaxing the masseter muscles.
